Constitution Day 2023

On Friday, September 15, in celebration of Constitution Day, Stossel in the Classroom partnered with izzit.org and The Hammond Institute for Free Enterprise at Lindenwood University to host an engaging session with Judge Douglas H. Ginsburg, from the United States Court of Appeals, who explored the relevance of the U.S. Constitution in today's society, whether the Constitution should be amended to reflect modern values, and recent Supreme Court decisions and their impact on civil liberties. Dr. Howard Wall moderated the discussion.
