Center for Independent Thought (CIT) is proud to announce the release of its 2024 Annual Report, marking a significant milestone: 25 years of John Stossel's presence in American classrooms. Over the past quarter-century, CIT's initiatives have reached millions, fostering critical thinking and informed discourse among students, educators, and the broader community.

Your continued support CIT’s initiatives to promote individual liberty, free markets, and peace through education and media. Some highlights in 2024 include:

  • Stossel TV garnered 218 million views in 2024, pushing total lifetime views to over 906 million. The channel has 4.3 million subscribers, reflecting significant growth in audience engagement.

  • Stossel in the Classroom reached more than 121,000 educators, providing them with resources to teach principles of liberty and free markets. The program awarded $25,000 in prizes to students through essay and video contests, encouraging critical thinking and research beyond the classroom.

  • Stossel TV's content caught the attention of international figures, including Argentinian President Javier Milei and entrepreneur Elon Musk, amplifying the message of liberty worldwide.
